- Cancellations for digital products like TallyPrime, Tally Software Services, Tally Prime Server, TallyPrime powered by AWS, and Shoper 9 can only be made before the product license has been issued or activated. Once the license is issued, cancellations are not allowed.
- Refunds
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of our digital products, refunds are only provided under specific conditions, such as technical issues with product activation that cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of purchase, and the product must not have been activated.
- Process for Refunds
