Cancellation and Refund

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases made from Computer Solutions. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.

  1. Cancellations
    • Cancellations for digital products like TallyPrime, Tally Software Services, Tally Prime Server, TallyPrime powered by AWS, and Shoper 9 can only be made before the product license has been issued or activated. Once the license is issued, cancellations are not allowed.
  2. Refunds
    • Digital Products: Due to the nature of our digital products, refunds are only provided under specific conditions, such as technical issues with product activation that cannot be resolved by our support team.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of purchase, and the product must not have been activated.
  3. Process for Refunds
    • To request a refund, contact us at info@computersolutions.co.in with your order details. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
